Membership Policy

This Membership Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which members (“Members”) and creators (“Creators”) access and use subscription areas, pay-per-view content, direct messages, and tipping features on [domain e.g., gyrl.io] (the “Platform”). By creating an account, subscribing, or posting content, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
Accurate information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete registration details and to keep them updated.
Account security. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share login credentials.
Verification (Creators). Creators must complete identity and payout verification as required by law and our payment partners.

2) Subscriptions & Billing

Recurring billing. Subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
Pricing & taxes. Subscription prices are set by Creators (within our allowed range) and may be subject to taxes or fees.
Payment methods. You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your selected payment method for subscriptions, tips, PPV, bundles, and applicable taxes.
Failed payments. We may suspend or revoke access to content if payment fails, expires, or is disputed.
Price changes. Future renewals may reflect any price changes a Creator makes. We’ll apply changes at the next billing cycle.

3) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel anytime. You can cancel a subscription before renewal in your account settings. Access remains until the end of the paid term.
No refunds. Except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy, all purchases are final (subscriptions, PPV, messages, tips).
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account, reverse access, and pass associated fees to you if the dispute is resolved in our favor.

4) Content Access & Licenses

Member license. When you pay for access, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the purchased content on the Platform only.
No redistribution. Downloading, copying, screen recording, re-posting, reselling, or sharing content outside the Platform is prohibited unless the Creator explicitly allows it in writing.
Content availability. We do not guarantee that any specific item of content will always be available. Creators may add or remove content at any time.

5) Creator Rules

Ownership & rights. You (the Creator) must own or have the necessary rights to all content you post. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Lawful content only. Content must comply with applicable laws and this Policy (no illegal content, non-consensual content, minors, impersonation, doxxing, or harassment).
Third-party rights. Do not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or privacy rights.
Accuracy. Post accurate pricing/labels (e.g., subscription rates, PPV pricing). Misleading paywalls or bait-and-switch are prohibited.

6) Prohibited Conduct

Minors / underage content. Absolutely prohibited. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to relevant authorities.
Non-consensual content. No revenge porn, secretly recorded content, or any content without all participants’ informed consent.
Hate, threats, illegal acts. No credible threats, incitement to violence, terrorism, trafficking, or other illegal activity.
Sexual exploitation & bestiality. Strictly prohibited.
Fraud & spam. No scams, phishing, impersonation, artificial engagement, or spam.
Security circumvention. Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or bypass paywalls/DRM.

7) Tips, PPV & Messaging

Tips. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. Tips do not guarantee content or services.
PPV (pay-per-view). PPV purchases unlock specific content/messages as described by the Creator; final sale unless required by law.
Custom content. Creators may accept custom requests at their discretion. All custom content must comply with this Policy and the law.
Off-platform transactions. Conducting payments or directing Members off-platform to circumvent fees violates this Policy and may result in account action.

8) Intellectual Property & DMCA

Creator IP. Creators retain ownership of their content subject to the license granted to us for Platform operations.
Member responsibilities. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Creator content without permission.
DMCA. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To file a notice or counter-notice, email [dmca@gyrl.io] with all required elements.

9) Earnings, Fees & Payouts (Creators)

Revenue share. We retain a service fee (currently [e.g., 20%]) from Member payments; the remainder is payable to the Creator.
Payout schedule. Payout timing depends on processing times, compliance reviews, and any account holds or disputes.
Compliance holds. We may delay or withhold payouts if we suspect fraud, illegal activity, or Policy violations.
Taxes. Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes. We may collect tax forms and issue required tax documents where required.

10) Privacy & Data

Messaging & moderation. We may review content or messages when necessary to enforce this Policy, comply with law, or protect users.

11) Enforcement & Termination

Our rights. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, risk, or non-payment—at our reasonable discretion.

Effect of termination. Upon termination, licenses to access content end. We are not responsible for any loss of data/content.

12) Disputes & Governing Law
